Frequently Asked Questions

This section addresses common questions about our visa assessment and consultancy services, including timelines, fees, eligibility, and our professional approach.
We encourage all clients to review these questions
Do you guarantee visa approval?

No.
We do not guarantee visas. Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and immigration authorities. Our role is to provide professional assessment and advisory guidance, not approvals.

What happens during the eligibility assessment?

We review your profile for:

  • Travel history

  • Purpose of travel

  • Financial and professional consistency

  • Risk indicators embassies may consider

  • Timing and readiness

You will then receive a clear advisory outcome.

What exactly do you offer?

We provide visa eligibility assessments and structured consultancy.
This means we evaluate readiness, risk factors, and timing before any application is submitted.

What are the possible outcomes after assessment?

One of the following:

  • ✔ Apply now

  • ⏳ Wait and restructure

  • ❌ Do not apply at this time

We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation.

Why do you charge before Supporting me?

Because professional assessment requires time, expertise, and responsibility.
Free advice often leads to rushed, risky applications. Our fees cover objective review, risk analysis, and honest guidance.

Can you help if I have been refused a visa before?

Yes — but only after assessment.
Past refusals increase risk and must be handled strategically. We do not submit repeat applications without proper restructuring.

Do you handle urgent or last-minute applications?

No.
Urgency is often a red flag in visa processing. We focus on prepared, well-timed applications, not rushed submissions.

Which countries do you support?

We support multiple destinations depending on the client’s profile and eligibility.
Country support is determined after assessment, not before.

Can you submit the application on my behalf?

Our role is consultancy and guidance, not impersonation or misrepresentation.
We guide clients through correct preparation in line with embassy standards.

Do you work with agents or middlemen?

No.
We work directly with clients only to maintain accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality.

Are your fees refundable?

No.
All assessment and consultancy fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome. This is clearly communicated before payment.

What information do you require from clients?

We require truthful, accurate, and complete information.
Providing false or altered documents leads to immediate termination of services.

Who is your service NOT suitable for?

Our service is not suitable for:

  • Clients seeking guarantees

  • Fake or altered documentation

  • Bargain-based services

  • Pressure or urgency-driven application

Why do you turn away some clients?

Because proceeding would cause more harm than benefit.
Protecting your future travel history is more important than submitting an application at all costs.

How do I get started?

Start with a Visa Eligibility Assessment.
This helps you make an informed decision before spending embassy fees or risking refusal.

What are your service charges?

Our professional visa consultancy fee is UGX 3,000,000.

This fee covers:

  • Comprehensive visa eligibility assessment

  • Professional review of your travel profile

  • Strategic advisory outcome and guidance

  • Structured preparation support (if accepted)

The fee reflects the time, expertise, and responsibility involved in providing ethical, assessment-based consultancy.

⚠️ Please note:

  • This is a consultancy service, not a visa guarantee

  • All fees are non-refundable

  • Embassy fees and third-party costs are not included

We charge for professional advice and risk evaluation, not visa approvals.

Do I pay again after a visa refusal?

No. We charge once per case.

If an application prepared under our consultancy is refused, we continue providing advisory support for reassessment, restructuring, or appeal guidance where applicable — without charging a new consultancy fee.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Continued support is advisory, not a guarantee of approval

  • Embassy decisions remain solely at the discretion of immigration authorities

  • Additional embassy or third-party fees (if any) are not included

Our role is to support you with professional guidance until a clear outcome is reached, not to abandon your case after a refusal.

How long does the process take?

The timeline depends on the assessment outcome and the client’s readiness.

  • Eligibility Assessment: typically completed within 3–5 working days after all required information is submitted.

  • Guided Preparation (if accepted): varies based on complexity, document readiness, and destination requirements.

  • Embassy processing times: are determined solely by embassies and are outside our control.

We do not rush applications.
Proper visa preparation often takes weeks, not days, especially for first-time applicants or cases with previous refusals.

Our focus is on clarity, accuracy, and risk management, not speed.
